About
Roadblock Resources is an extension of our services founded by one of our directors, Timothy Bullard. Many local organizations, faith communities, and those who are struggling with housing displacement know him from giving food and resources monthly in Philadelphia and Montgomery Counties. In seeing the need in our society Tim felt lead to do more and Roadblock Resources was born. In connecting with those who call the streets their home, he finds ways with the support of QTHM to meet needs by offering gift cards and possible grants.
